In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing, recording and organizing the financial records and transactions of the business. At REFLOW we supply sustainable material products to designers, manufacturers and businesses using 3D printing in their production flows.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring access to accurate and up-to-date financial data, supporting the company’s financial operations and monthly/quarterly reporting to investors, while assisting in decision-making processes. In doing so, you will contribute to maintaining the financial health, impact and stability of the company.

As our Bookkeeper and Accountancy Administrator, you’ll work closely with the management, finance and sales team in an 8-hour shift structure, 3-4 days a week to ensure we are a tightly managed, financially healthy operation.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Financial Record-Keeping – Maintaining accurate financial records and systems, including general ledgers, accounts payable and receivables and payroll.
  • Transaction Management – Process and record financial transactions, including sales, purchases, expenses, invoices and payments.
  • Compliance – Ensure that financial activities comply with relevant regulations, policies and procedures. Stay up to date with tax regulations and reporting standards.
  • Reconciliation – Regularly reconcile bank statements, financial accounts and other records to identify discrepancies, resolve issues and maintain accuracy.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting – Assist in the preparation of financial budgets and forecasts. Monitor and analyze financial data to support decision making
  • Financial Reporting – Prepare and Distribute accurate financial reports in a timely manner including P&L, Balance sheets, Cashflow statements and others
  • Inventory Control – Monitor inventory levels, perform inventory reconciliations and collaborate with management to maintain accurate records.
  • Systems improvement – Continuously evaluate existing financial processes, systems and tools. Identify opportunities for improvement, automation and efficiency.
  • Communication – Collaborate with team members on cross team functions like operations, procurements, collections and billing.

CORE QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • Working Proficiency English speaking level.
  • 5 years experience in accountancy, finance or related role.
  • Strong understanding of accountancy principles, financial reporting, and regulations. o Related MBO or HBO level qualifications.
  • Certified Accountancy qualifications is a massive bonus.
  • Tech savvy with knowledge of Microsoft office and Google Drive.
  • Familiarity with software like QuickBooks and ERP systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, content working to deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • High level of integrity, ethics and discretion when handling financial information.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to work remotely and interchangeably in office environment.
