Machine Operator

Are you someone who is looking for a responsible job with an affinity for technology and mechanics? Do you enjoy working with big machines and are up for a challenge? At Reflow you manage the production of sustainable 3D printing filament that is used globally in various industries.

As a machine operator, you work closely with 3 colleagues in an 8-hour shift structure, 5 days a week, to ensure the production of high-quality products. You will be part of the production team and learn directly from our CTO and wider technology team.

What will you do?

  • setting up, operating and monitoring the extrusion lines
  • checking for the use of the correct raw materials per order
  • performing quality control on the products and processes
  • recording and documenting production details
  • ensuring order, cleanliness and safety in and around the extrusion line
  • Troubleshooting and performing maintenance when needed
  • Packaging and storing of final product
  • Completing fulfilment of material orders

What are we looking for?

The machine operator we are looking for is accurate and very aware of quality and safety. You will also bring the following:

  • mbo-working and thinking level
  • experience as a machine operator (preferably in polymer/plastic industry)
  • passion for engineering and production with a sense of technique and mechanics
  • you are driven, enthusiastic, eager to learn and communicative
  • fluent English speaking skills
  • work permit/ ability to work in the Netherlands (Required: at this moment we cannot sponsor you from outside the Netherlands)

What we offer

  • a gross base salary starting €2000 per month (excluding 8% holiday bonus)
